What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, preferred locality, the type of workspace you want, your team size and when you need it. We also record which property you enquired about and the campaign parameters in the link that brought you here, such as utm_source and gclid.
We do not ask for your address, your employer, your date of birth or any payment details, and you should not send them to us.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry. We use your details to check availability with the coworking operator you are interested in, and to reply to you on WhatsApp or by phone with options that match what you asked for. We use the campaign parameters to understand which of our adverts produce genuine enquiries.
Who we share it with
We share the details relevant to your enquiry with the coworking operator whose space you asked about, so they can confirm availability and pricing. That operator is a separate business and handles your information under its own policy.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in Google Sheets on Google’s infrastructure. The site is hosted on Vercel. Both process data outside India.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how people find and use this site. These set cookies in your browser and record events such as which localities and spaces you looked at. They do not receive your name or mobile number.
You can block these with your browser settings or an ad blocker. The site works normally without them.
We also use Cloudflare Turnstile on the enquiry form to tell people from bots.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records while they are commercially useful, and review them periodically. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.
Your choices
Write to hello@coworkingspacenear.me to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Quote your enquiry reference if you have one. We will respond within 30 days.
